• Please, notify us, in advance of the appointment time, if you will be late. Notifying doesn't affect the grace period.

• Clients arriving after the grace period will forfeit their deposit even if time allows to complete the service booked.

• If time doesn't allow, then the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit lost.
