Cancellation policy

  • Cancelled appointments forfeit their deposit.

  • The appointments can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the initial appointment time. Less than 48 hours, a new deposit is required for a new appointment.

no-show policy

  • All No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.

​

  • Cancelling after the appointment's start time is a No-Show.
